OVERALL RETURN GUIDELINES

These are HurtleUSA’s Overall Return Guidelines, applicable only to products purchased directly from the HurtleUSA website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

Returns for refunds may be subject to a restocking fee. Please review our Refunds, Partial Refunds, and Restocking Fees guidelines for more details.

All products that are new, unused, and in original retail packaging (never opened) may be returned to HurtleUSA within 30 days, regardless of the individual return policy.

Products received by HurtleUSA in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
 • Any product not purchased from HurtleUSA
 • Any product that does not match the stated reason for return
(e.g., a DOA return for a product that powers on and functions properly upon inspection)
 • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers, model numbers, part numbers, or warranty labels
 • Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail box, manuals, cables, and all originally included items
(Such returns may incur a restocking fee or be rejected)
 • Any product with the UPC code removed from packaging
 • Any product showing physical damage
 • Any product reported as shipping-damaged after delivery
(Please review our Report a Shipping Problem guidelines. Shipping damage is not considered a return.)
 • Any product for which a mail-in rebate has been submitted
 • Any product that appears tampered with, customized, or altered


STANDARD RETURN POLICY
 • Return for refund: Within 30 days
 • Return for replacement: Within 30 days

Return shipping labels are free for replacement returns of the same item within the return period and can be generated when creating your return online.

This is HurtleUSA’s Standard Return Policy. Products covered by this policy must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

 

Special-order products are not eligible for return.

Products returned with markings or writing on the original box are not eligible for return.

REPLACEMENT-ONLY RETURN POLICY
 • Refunds: Not available
 • Replacement: Within 30 days

Return shipping labels are free for replacement returns of the same item and can be obtained during the return process.

Products covered by this policy may only be returned for replacement of the same item.
If the item is no longer available, a HurtleUSA Gift Card equal to the original purchase price will be issued.


MANUFACTURER-ONLY RETURN POLICY
 • Refunds: Not available
 • Replacements: Not available

Items under this policy cannot be returned to HurtleUSA. These products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for service or support.


SERVICES & EXTENDED WARRANTIES RETURN POLICY
 • Refunds: Within 90 days, if unused
 • Replacements: Not available

Services or extended warranties may be returned only if they have not been used or redeemed. Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the invoice date.


OUT-OF-STOCK (BACK-ORDER) ITEMS

If HurtleUSA no longer carries an item or it is out of stock when returned for replacement:
 • Returns within 30 days receive a full refund
 • Returns after 30 days receive a store credit at current market value
(Store credit will not exceed the original invoice price)


QUANTITY PURCHASES

Orders of ten (10) units or more of the same item are non-refundable once the purchase is completed. Replacement policies may still apply based on the product.
